Driske Olivier is a qualified Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer and practices as a Consultant at BBP Law. Driske has more than 10 years’ experience in legal practice.
As a Conveyancer she specialises in conventional and sectional title transfers, sectional title and township developments, subdivisions and consolidations, deceased estates transfers and endorsements and the drafting of other specialised documentation for registration in the Deeds Registries Office.
As a Notary, her experience extends to the drafting of notarial agreements, antenuptial contracts, servitudes, usufruct, usus and habitation, notarial leases and exclusive use areas, amongst other securities documentation.
She continues to work by providing support to our firm and by working closely with key industry related role players in bringing all aspects of conveyancing transactions into fruition.
