Shervona is employed as an Associate at BBP Law Attorneys and holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of the Western Cape. She is an LLM (Masters) student in Intellectual Property Law and Information, Communication and Technology Law at the University of the Western Cape.

Shervona has obtained experience in legal document reviewing and compiling case evidence whilst working for Exigent Group Limited. Shervona was a mentee for the South African Charter of Women Judges and Magistrates (SACWJM) in 2018 and obtained experience in court structure and proceedings.

Shervona has further worked at the University of the Western Cape Law Clinic assisting clients on matters of Divorce, Wills and Estates.

Shervona’s field of expertise includes Family Law, Divorces, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Breach of Contracts, Pension Fund claims, referrals to the National Consumer Tribunal and the NHBRC, Rescindal Applications, High Court Applications, Settlement Negotiations and drafting of Settlement Agreements, and Criminal Law matters such as DUIs, Public indecency, Assault, Theft, etc.
